Bobble Heads
The talking heads of ALL tv channels irk the !#^^&())&* out of me!! When are they going to realize we know what is really going on and when are they going to stop talking down to us!! The news outlets are global and some entities are reporting the truth and we can find the truth now!! The tv channels play all these little games with us to please their advertisers and don't go after the news!! UGH!!

Driver's Ed
We have had a beautiful day here today, after 4 days of rain and gloom. I know we need the water. Sun is much prettier though!! Today, after Bible Study, the schmoe (aka dog, Bogie) and I went to a friends lake house and had a picnic/sun love fest. They have a huge expanse of land and lake front of which Bogie loves to run every inch. He also finds lots of GROSS things to eat - no more about that. One of his favorite parts of these outings is there is very little traffic, so I let him hang his head out the window and feel the breeze. No panics - I'm holding him tightly and driving way below speed limit.
This is my love:
How adorable is that!!!

Austin
This is a cheer up/relax post for my Austin (nephew). He's had some stumbling blocks at school. He's in the advance classes and some of those assignments and regular school assignments are starting to add pressure to his schedule. He's also one of those who puts pressure on himself. He's acting like his aunt and cousin Lili. He needs schedule in his life and when pressures are tough, he panics. He's really having struggles, not to mention his Mom is really struggling with this. Everybody do a little silent "hang tough wish" for Austin!!

Marathon Pics
Here's our little condo with Ken in the front, really cute places, 2 story, 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths, a little kitchen and living room and nice screened in porch on both floors. We looked out on the little bay we had facing HWY 1, this place had condos, hotel rooms, houses and town houses. A nice gym, two restaurants, a ship store and docks, and 3 pools plus a lagoon. Loved it, wouldn't want to live full time there, takes to long to drive there and then you are really stuck in the middle of no where. You either sun or fish, that's it. Unless you are a biker, then you ride up and down the highway!!??
Back to Life
Well, were home, safe and sound. We left on a snowy day, and today and yesterday are/were in the 80s!! Needless to say yesterday I continued with my laying out in the sun routine. I have gym this a.m. and then it's a full day of computer (SIS, bible study, and scrapbooking) I did all my journaling for Marathon in the car, now I'm adding wikipedia info and tweaking to make it all pretty! So some pics will be added today for here. On a sad note, my heart goes out to the chow breeder who lost all those dogs including Martha's. Can not imagine dealing with that. Thanks goodness we have a good baby sitter and don't have to do the kennel thing. I would just die, so would Bogie!!

Tradewinds and Pina Coladas
Ok, this is the 3rd time I've tried to post with no luck. We are in Marathon Key escaping cold, snow and work. Leave for home tomorrow. Have had a lot of down time and fun judging by the sunburned bodies! Got to go, this is the last day in the sun. I'm drinking umbrella drinks for all!!
